Hi, I’m Michelle Coyne, owner of Coyne Properties in Winston-Salem. Before becoming a Realtor in 2018, I spent many years as a paralegal in civil litigation, finishing my legal career with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. That experience shaped how I work: careful with details, organized with deadlines, and committed to explaining every step clearly.
I began my real estate career in new construction, which gave me a deep understanding of the build process, land procurement, and development. Today I help buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Triad with clear communication, a calm process, and local expertise.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to my adult son and to a dog and two cats. As an ovarian cancer survivor, I don’t take a single day, or a single client’s trust, for granted. For new construction homes, I’ll guide you through builder contracts and help you weigh structural and cosmetic upgrades. For land, I’ll help you evaluate zoning, access to utilities, and build potential, and make a sensible offer that accounts for the value of the land as well as necessary inspections and permitting.
I’ll advocate for you and make sure you understand what’s happening at every step of the process.
